Almond Butter Cookies Gluten-Free

Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted grass fed butter room temp

1 ¾ c pure cane sugar

2 organic eggs

1 cup almond butter (preferably no added sugar)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon (generous) cinnamon

Dash sea salt

3 ½ cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour

2 t baking powder

Bittersweet chocolate chips, about ⅔ a bag

Description

2 sticks unsalted grass fed butter room temp

1 ¾ c pure cane sugar

Cream above in a kitchen Aid

Add

2 organic eggs

Blend then add

1 cup almond butter (preferably no added sugar)

1 teaspoon vanilla

Blend

Combine below ingredients together:

1 teaspoon (generous) cinnamon

Dash sea salt

3 ½ cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour

2 t baking powder

Add to sugar mixture

Then add

Bittersweet chocolate chips, about ⅔ a bag

 

Form into cookies and bake, 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let cool before moving.

Cookies!  I love them! Bring me cake... maybe I will get excited... Bring me cookies and I do flips! This is another attempt for me to make them with gluten-free flours. They were sooooo goood!  Hope you love them!
