Organic Plum Tart

Ingredients

Bottom Crust:

½ c grass-fed butter

2 c almond flour

¼ c coconut sugar

1 t baking powder

½ t salt

Zest of one lemon

¼ t mace (or pumpkin pie spice)

1 organic egg

2 T cold water (I get a glass, put water and ice cubes in it)

Fruit:

5 cups chopped plums

1 T balsamic vinegar

2 T tapioca flour

Topping:

1 c oats

1 c pecans

1 stick butter

1 c almond flour

1 t cinnamon

1/2 t salt

Description

Step 1. Prepare fruit:

5 cups chopped plums

1 T balsamic vinegar

2 T tapioca flour

Put all ingredients in a bowl and let sit while you prepare the crust

Step 2. 

Put all ingredients in a Cuisinart except the water

Pulse to get to pebble form

Add the water one T at a time

Press into 8X8 baker

Step 3. Make Topping:

Put all ingredients in Cuisinart and pulse

Put on top of tart

Recipe Story

Fruit + cobbler. That is something I never pass! I found this recipe on line and re-tweaked it to be gluten free.  It can be made with any fruit of choice.
